My latest, trying to work with the 3.5mm extruded polystyrene from slingwing but it's thick, heavy and I suspect it will be brittle, also the Gorilla Glue that I have been using for other things, isn't sticking this foam together very well so I have to reinforce with tape. I'll try sanding before gluing.
So you're not to happy with the foam from Slingwing?
What's the weight of your model?
Try using hot glue or Automotive Goop on the foam. Does the foam have a
backing or plastic covering on it?
