Sometimes the new stuff is the cause of the problem. Usually the holes in horns are too small for the clevis pins, but sometimes they're too large. I've just spent a couple of minutes going through my parts box matching up the parts for my "everything included ARF" aileron horns/clevis installation. The pieces that came in the box were too tight and I didn't want to use the badly cast nylon clevis anyway. The horns looked good but the holes were too large for the good steel clevis I have. etc etc

BTW, I was just kidding, pulling your chain, about the epoxy/solder. I knew you'd said you were going to do it. But couldn't resist pulling....
