Default Stryker Brushless help! Motor suggestions.

Ok, I know the answer is probably somewhere deep in the stryker thread, but this will fit my needs better.

I want to go brushless on my stryker.. I currently have a 35amp brushless esc, hitec servo's, receiver, etc. I only need the motor and prop. So here's the question.. which Mega (or any other brand) brushless motor (inrunner that will fit in the stock bracket) will give me the most performance, however will still run off an 8 or 9 cell nimh pack? I have 3-cell lipo's, however I would like it to be able to run off of nimh as well. Obviously, it won't be nearly as quick.. but as long as it can do it. I notice several people use 4-cell lipo packs, however I would like to keep it to 3. Also, please recommend the appropriate prop.

Also, I was looking at this motor, will it work and offer good performance?
