Yoster that motor will work ok,as will many others.You need to start with your batteries,and work your way from there.Using lipos as an example,if you have a 20C 2100mh 3cell,you theoretically can draw 42 amps from them....not a good idea for battery life,just say you have a battery capable of suppyling mid 20s up to about 30 amps,which is what I work on.You are going direct drive,and be using a 6 or 7 inch prop.A Mega 16/15/4 has a kv of 2200 and will draw about 23 amps or so on 3S with a 6x4,and is a nice setup.Using a 6x5 improves speed,at the expense of more amps.I use this motor,and also Align motors of 2500kv,they spin faster =more amps.
What can your batteries supply? thats where you need to start.
