I am trying to decide on the engine that I want to put into my DV. I am wondering if a DA50 will be enough at my 4900ft in ele. Does anyone have video of their DV flying with a 50cc or anything at this altitude? I've had 100 people tell me that a 50cc will be plenty and then I find out that they are flying in Florida. I'm here to tell you when you have to put a Super Tigre 90 in a 5 lb. plane to get it to go unlimited @ full throttle it makes you wonder what your going to have to use to get your DV to hover at half throttle. Please Please share it with me I would hate to buy the wrong engine...again. I don't know....maybe a DA100..... Sorry but if you have never flown at this altitude you cannot comprehend. It's a killer!
