RE: new engine wont start
I have an OS32. Strange thing but setting the high speed needle to the recommended 2 turns open. It will not start (too rich I believe) If you open the throttle to full and turn it over with an electric starter (NO GLOW CONNECTED) with your finger blocking the carb inlet you should see the fuel been sucked in (and the air bubble in the line) If it doesnt id richen the hi and low speed needles.
