Hi ,Nova Rossie is a good motor But If you want a real screamer Nova Rossie has one.It's a .28 sts that puts out 3.6 hp rpms 4000-40.000 and this motor ran up to 400 degrees and it still runs.Their 122 to 128 dollars.The guy told me that it doesnt mater what small block I'd put in my boat this motor will smoke my boat/kick its butt badly. I'd got a .21Leo its a good motor that has 3500 to 30.000 rpms.I'd won it off of ebay for 42 dollars. Leo Make a naster .21 motor that goes up to 40.000 rpms.And it will cost 60 dollars that includes shipping too.My .21 Leo is a screamer!!! too.
