DIRTY
Whats with all the hostility. Did you forget you meds. Simmer down! Simmer down!
I was not talking about what you did to the motor or drive shaft. I was talking about your most unfortunate events that led up to your boat engine and drive shaft and the rest of your boat being ruined.
You said you went on shore. Granted you hit rocks which will not help a boat at all in any case. What I was referring to is Twisted Liquid parts are designed to break flat in case they hit something, say perhaps the shore, or rocks, or turtles, or debris in the water, or what have you. That will allow the boat to not dig into the ground or hang onto a rock and possibly prevent a flip. I did not say that it would have prevented the damage. I just posed a question to you wondering if the damage might in some way have been minimized by the possibility of break away parts being on your boat and thats all. I made no other inferences to the damage you sustained to your motor or drive shaft and personally I really didn't care about said parts. I'm sorry you did such poor maintenance on you boat that you totaled it, but you do not need to take it out on me or any other person in this thread. I was only trying to be helpful, as is everyone else in this thread. If you do not see it that way I'm truly sorry for you. If you get mad when others pose questions to you about something you voluntarily wrote in this thread, you need to either get thicker skin or stop writing about your misadventures.

God Bless and hope you get your boat running quickly

P.S. Give Twisted Liquid a few more months and they might come up with a breakaway drive shaft and engine
