yel914- always like seeing your SE with the cowl. I have a ragged SE that I had to rebuild too after it was given to me by the owner who was tired of repairing it. I also had a midair with another SE after that. Is that landing gear from BJ's? I just got one for a plane I'm building.

I think Krylon makes a stained glass spray paint. I have a can of their frosted glass stuff to test. The colors may be transparent enough to beat dyes. I found this at an arts and crafts shop. I think it is Krylon.
