Here is how I do it
Take it apart you can leave the bearings in it I use carb and choke cleaner and clean everything then blow it all out with an air compresor, then spray the inside of the engine case with WD40 blow that out to then use your after run oil to oil the bearings spin them to work in the oil in, then put after run oil on your parts as you go back together with them once it all together put about 3 drops in the cylinder crank it over a few times with plug out toss it in your boat and its ready to go with no extra ** in the engine..
