James question for you.

Whats the difference between your rudder and stock???...It looks to be the same length just the water pickup is lower.

I ran the boat today. It now has 9 tanks through it. its at 2 1/8 turns out on needle adjustment. Engine temp is 120.Eng. feels like it has a flat spot in it and it takes a second for it to catch???
Only mods so far is the bottom has been sanded, rudder and aftermarket turn fin have been sharpend, and the openings done on the canopy.
I want to pull the shim out of the head. Will i need a new Gasket???

Last question for now what should be idleing RPM be???
