If you are two laps down, your race pace is likely slow enough that you can run your normal pace and they will pass you with little effort. Hold your line, don't make any erratic movements to the inside/outside. If he is stuck behind you for a while then make the move out of the way. Otherwise, don't worry about it, since you had a battle of your own to deal with.
