Holy crap, that's super overkill!!

Just get something basic like a TT-01, radio, batteries, charger, ABS pipe, paint, tools. This way you can experience the concept and decide if you wanna stay with it or not. You won't be wasting money if you find that it's not as interesting as you thought later on. You'll spend around $300-350 for brand new parts if you go with what i mentioned.
