if your idle is set too low it will not start.
To see if it's your idle, give it some gas(will transmitter) when you start. If it starts turn up your idle.
When I start my .18 (HPI), I turn up the throttle trim tab on my transmitter. After it warms up I turn the tab back to the normal setting
