first get all that **** out the crank case, pull the glow pug and drain it by tipping it upside down then give it a few pulls. put the GOOD glow plug back in and put your finger over the stinger and pull 3 or 4 times till you see fuel reaching the carb threw the line., or you can pull the line from the top of your pipe and gently blow till you see the fuel reach the carb, you dont want to over do these things as you will flood the engine like youve been. then put on the CHARGED glow lighter and pull, if it locks up then loosen the plug but only like one turn, that will relieve pressure and should start, then you can snug it up after shes running.
