But i think your missing a point, because it's not hydro locked because I took the glow plug
out and the cooling head off. Than i tried but still wouldn't turn. so than i took the back plate
of and tried to turn it but it still didn't turn

so even if i take all the "****" out of the crank case and tip it upside down, It isn't going to move.

Just thinking out-loud, I think the piston might be somehow jammed in the exhaust port of another
port. Because it aint going to move...
