I'm planning on building up a balsa cowl on the SSE I'm building as well ([link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_4653108/tm.htm]Thread here[/link]) But I haven't figured out the logistics of installing the engine once the cowl is installed. The easiest thing I'm thinking of is just to tack glue the cowl to the firewall while building and once built remove it and install blocks on the firewall and using screws to attach it. My other option would be to glue the cowl to the fuse, giving a cleaner look, and drill holes in the faceplate and remove the engine/mount as a whole unit. Anyone have thoughts on these two methods?
