Default strobe lights

Hey Guys, looking to put some strobes on the wing tips of my jet. I have come across a small circuit that operates two strobes at adjustable rates. The strobe circuit is very similar to that of a disposable camera, it will operate off of a 9 volt battery. I would like to know if there is any possible chance of any type of radio interfrence that could happen. The strobes operates off of high voltage capacitor discharge and I'm sure there is some kind of electrical field momentarily as the discharge shoots to the strobes. Thanks for reading and any info would be appreciated.

Note: a preliminary test on a glow plane (only ground test) shows no glitching.
