Use the Polyurethane glue. I would avoid the contact cement, you only get one shot at attaching the sheeting and if you goof it up, you've ruined your cores.
The Poly glue will give you about 30 minutes working time and also foam up to fill any possible voids in the wing. Works great, I wouldn't sheet wings any other way.
