if you're set on using a contact cement try one of these 2 3m products. I've spray 3m 78 insulation. It doesnt attack foam and seems to hold together well in heat. I've used it since last winter and flew all year long and none of the sheeting I've used it on has lifted.
Also I've just stumbled on 3M 08074 spray trim adhesive. I read something about this in the latest issue of Model Aviation, a guy was using it on building a giant scale Extra 300. Bought a can and tried it around a compound curve and it works better than the 78!!! This is great stuff, only time will tell if it lifts however the people in the article swear they have been using this for years and never had a problem.
