Hi Len, I know yours is brights but I saw a video of a guys jet liner and he was using camera type flash strobes and they looked awesome, I've got a two strobes that are very small, they sit in a 3/4" reflector, they still need some work, I'll bring it next sat.

Miniflyer, the circuit is for show car bling bling, its' very light about the weight of a 9 volt battery or less the circuit comes in a box that is a little bulky...about 4cmx4cmx2cm. It has two strobes and needs a little custom finishing to make work.
