Commander Bob is also, right. Give the pitch links a twist, try 1 full turn on each blade. See where your at, and you could add or minus a 1/2 turn. Just keep track of how many turns you make.. The JCS plastic-blades are great, but a tiny bit more in weight. Something else to consider.. But they shouldn't be you main problem...

As Commander Bob said, put the throttle trim all the way up, that not only gives you more head speed, but it also, gives you more positive pitch. I always fly full bore with the throttle trim up. Try it all the way down, fly awhile, land, then put it all the way up. You'll be amazed at the difference.
