the pico-38 looks pretty cool, i've always had a soft spot for those planes. nice job. if the wings are "disposable," you could trim them to more of the shape of the P-38 wings. it would increase your wing loading which would make it a bit faster, and able to take a little more wind.

i'm not sure about EPP, but i know some spray paints will eat foam. it should be fine though, i sprayed my F-27 and it didnt do anything. you could try on a test peice to make sure though.
