Didn't you start a thread on making props? My models just keep getting smaller and the stock AA prop is getting heavy on mine. Besides, Less mass = more rpm!
If you get time and are the one that started it. Mind posting the link and posting some updated tips?

Have you tried shimming the rear of the wing up abt 1/16" ? I had some similar problem like that and it fixed it by reducing the AoA.
