Didn't you start a thread on making props? My models just keep getting smaller and the stock AA prop is getting heavy on mine. Besides, Less mass = more rpm!
If you get time and are the one that started it. Mind posting the link and posting some updated tips?

I was going to post how I made a prop from basswood but got side tracked
into the canard project and foam jets. There seems to be no interest in it
so I never got back to it.

Here's a pic of the foam canopy I made for the Rx.
I found simular foam at Home Depot that comes in 4'x8' sheets used as building
insulation. It's almost an 1" thick and once cut and hallowed out is strong and
feather light. They also had a smaller 6 pak of the same material cut in smaller
sheets for about $8- but you could probably find some scraps at a construction
site.
Sands almost as easy as balsa and the canopy took about 10 minutes to make.
Would work great for a fuselage.
