I a gorilla glue fan myself.
Excellent description of polyurethane glue. I like Elmer's Pro Bond PU, same stuff and significantly cheaper. PU glues are THE BEST for sheeting foam cores with balsa, all the strength of epoxy and less than half the weight. The best page ever about skinning wings:

Terry Brox is a master at it and shows in detail how you can be too. For anybody who thinks that foam core wings are heavy, this should change their mind in a hurry.
