Default RE: E-FLITE BLADE CP PRO

I'm a Nitro guy who took a break and re-entered with a CP Pro and I have a question or 2...

I'm having to give the chopper A LOT of right tail rudder to take off and keep the nose from swinging around. I saw little snippets about tail rotor motors burning out, what are the signs? Or am I too answering my own question.... I was flying in high grass and I did hang up the tail rotor a few times when touching down... I've also noticed I'm having to give a little more throttle to get into hover. This electric stuff is real new to me here....
