Hello all .. I was wondering about which is a faster plane gas or nitro ? anyone could help me out ??

i still did not find which plane i want to get .. can anyone help me pick the right starter plane for me ?looking to spend no more than $200 a $150 would be a great price..electric is best right now for nitro is hard to find around where i am !

also i would like to know if i did not find the right top wing beginner plane , would a low wing differ much for a beginner ? wouldn't it be a good choice to go with to last a bit longer ? to know that i bought my plane to practice i would try to get another as soon as i think i got the grip on it! no ?? am i confused ??
