Thanks for some details -- they are appreciated. Yes, he has gone to a better place -- no doubt quoting Mark Twain to the everyone he meets... I never had the pleasure of meeting him but felt like I was communicating with a kindred spirit whenever I read his articles in the K-Factor -- well written, good humor, well thought out. Our world was a better place because of his contributions. He will be missed.
