If you really want to succeed getting help from an experienced flyer is absolutely your best bet.
Anything short of that is a gamble at best and can get quite expensive.
I know there are other RC pilots in Egypt, there are 43 listed as members here at RCU alone.
That said, if you still insist on going it alone $150 is not going to get you very much at all.
My suggestion is to buy a quality RC simulator and practice with that while you save up enough for a good trainer, and yes there are good electric trainers out there but they can get expensive when you are just starting out.
