Sounds like you are experiencing vapor lock. what temps are you running? the carb could be too hot and vaporizing the fuel as it touches the metal. If you richen it up and it bogs when you give it throttle, then you probably have an air leak somewhere.

It's insane. I just did a few circuits, measured it and it's 315 F degrees. I turned it off right away. It's pretty rich. Smoke pours out.
