I was able to get everything to fit without cutting the speaker box, but it is tight. I used Deans connectors to AND got rid of the "Y" adapter, Both black boxes are wired to one side of the Deans plug. The wires coming up from the hull to the turret need attention. Someone recommended a tape that sticks to itself, but not everything else, they found at Autozone or some other car store. Wire ties will work, but are more likely to get stuck due to their bulk.

Everybody raves about the idler upgrade, but mines run for quite a while with no track problems using the stock unit.

If you are going to mount the LED in the mantle PLAN AHEAD, and don't forget to recess it. I used a brass tube to make it match a stock Tiger. That way your are using a cannon, not a shotgun!
