That's interesting! Wonder if it was at all stable. I have a couple of projects going and hope to post something new soon. Ferndale, the toothpicks mod was to offset the wing flex caused by N-20's or Jet motors, right? Did it work?

Next up from me, apart from the refined disc plane, is something really different - give you all a hint, I call it 'spyro-gyra.' I've sort of given up on modding an rx for N-20's because there are no aa's for sale around town and I can't afford to fat finger another rx!

What's all this chat about flying season being over. Winter air should be great, I look forward to seeing more landing gear/ski mods, particularly jets with ski mods. Winter is rocket time for me because the frozen lake becomes a huge launch field. Would like to make an aa version of my favorite snow machine as well. When I was a kid I spent days running around with a mop handle that I put a stick on the end of, that hinged on a nail, sliding it in front of me along the snow, so that I could pretend I had a snow machine like some kids. Now I can try the same thing except without the mop handle.
