RE: Saito 82A engine question
The tap on the carb is of course the fuel inlet. The tap on the muffler is for your tank pressure. The tap on the backof the crankcase is the crankcase vent. Connect a piece of tubing to this vent and then route it so that it can drain out of the cowl. This is to allow excess oil/fuel to drain out of the crankcase.
