Just curious if any of you have ever bought parts from this ebay seller [link]http://stores.ebay.com/RC-PARTS[/link] He always starts his auctions at $0.99 they never get up to even half the price of the parts retail price. I have order several parts from him and noticed a continous problem with him. I win win the auctions and then a day later he will email me stating that he accidently misplaced some of the parts that were inclucded in the auction, and that he is willing to refunded your money or ship the order as is. He has done this to my 4 times now. I personally think the auction did not sell for what he wanted it too and he wants me to except his refund. I don't except it cause the parts I do get are still way worth the price. I just want to know if you guys may have ordered from him in the past and if he has done this to you.
