Get an MX-22. You can set the transition time between flight modes, while retaining high rate primary controls. I use it on my L-39 to slow down the flap deployment, and when I go to full flap I get 1/4inch of aileron reflex and the elevator retrims, all over a period of 4 seconds.

A very powerful transmitter that has more capabilities than the 10X.
