Unfortunately I don't think you can do that with flaperons. You can get them to deploy slowly, but then your entire motion of the servo will be slowed.
That's what happen when I tried. I was wondering if I missed something.

Try the slow function on the flap channel only. Of course I am using a 9303 so they may have perfected the software since the 10X came out...
