As for the flying season, well that depends on you. I know some guys that will fly off of the snow. Usually the season of "comfortable" flying goes from late March till mid-to-late October. Last year we flew (55 degree days) up till the end of November. Will you be working throughout the week or will weekdays also be a flying day possibility?
