I doubt it. Depends strongly upon weight. My YS120 would hover at 2/3 to 3/4 throttle. Vertical was good, but not unlimited. If you can assemble it light (light servos where possible) and you get lucky with the weight of the arf you will get good vertical but I don't think unlimited. Vertical unlimited calls for something like a YS140.
