I used a Pitts Muffler...
It takes a good bit to come out from the cowl, but it looks fairly decent...

How bad to you have to cut the cowl to clear the OS 160 muffler? Seems like it would really interupt that nice sloping line on the bottom of the cowl. I have a Saito 180 in mine now but I am curious about trying a 160. I guess I would have to get a new cowl wouldn't I?
