Wingman, I'm not trying to insult your intelligence here, but I made this mistake. Is the motor plugged in reverse? If you want a fool proof way to test, get a light leaf or piece of paper. Place it below the the blades. Bend the paper or leave to a tee pee shape, as this increases surface area. Then when you spool up, if the leaf goes shooting up, its reversed, if it gets blow away, the polarity is not your problem.
