Some of you people might know Don Lowe's famous Phoenix's Series, with the fiber glass fuselage and a Foam wing. Well, I used to have the Phoenix 9 which I had for nearly 30 years. It was sitting there in my workshop untill one of my friends suggested to prepare it for me and then fly it together, which took at least one month to prepare the airplane. After 3 Flights with it, it ended up on the ground (Smash!). The phoenix had an MVVS .77 size engine with a tuned pipe. Everything that I took out form the plane was at least in one piece, except for the plane itself. You can see the pictures that I got before the crash and after the crash .


I would also want to ask if there is anyone who knows where I might be able to find a Phoenix 7 or 9, I would be very thankful for the contribution. Also please feel free to ask any question regarding the airplane, as I intend to fix the fuselage in which it didn't take that much of the damage. The wing area is cut in to two pieces as I will try to make a template of the good side of the wing to make a new one. If anyone has some Ideas on how to fix a Fiber glass fuselage please lets hear them!
