Default RE: Stop using CA glue for your tires

Dont mean to be too sensative here...but he has a point. Writting the rules does not put you above them nor does it make you an expert in exerting them.

There are some moderators who are perhaps less than savoury with their subtle backlashes and snide remarks...and at some point it makes it worse, as the sarcasm implied is actually worse than having someone tell you to get F###ed, at least if someone did, you know where you stand on the matter.

As to the tip...I would have thought all are welcome...not just the eclectic esoteric claims of the gods of RCU...ooops, sorry the mods of RCU.

Perhaps the mod needs to re-read the rules he wrote.

If anything he said seemed attacking or hurt you , get over it .
Pfff, please.
Buddy, I'm "over it".

Mike where did Slodsm curse, flame, degrade, insult or embarrass in his post ?
Let me help you out here:

Please resist the urge to insult someone in your post. "If I didn't know better, I would think Mike was working for them or getting a commision the way he is selling this stuff."
I take that as an insult. As I stated earlier in this thread, if you have good luck with CA glue, great, I don't care, use it if you want. And at no point did I direct anyone to any 1 store to buy it. Like I'm some hobby store owner who just got in a shipment of 5200.

Please resist the urge to degrade, or embarrass someone in your post. "Count me in as one of the 5 people who must know how to glue a tire because I have never had one come off on me and I live on the track."
Like I've never glued any tires on before. I've been doing this for 25 years. I've glued grasshopper tires onto road wizard rims in the mid 80's

and finally: We encourage the free flow of your ideas.....

I thought I'd post up some results for others to look at. But of course, there has to be the regular internet commandos that know everything and everyone else doesn't know jack.

Party on folks. Have fun on the 1/8 scale board.

Mike
