I doubt it would be much faster top speed, though it would likely be faster on acceleration. The hyper comes with 3 different engines so it much depends which one. The hyper 8 port is the fastest and would probably be faster than the .32, the hyper 4 port is a good all rounder and then theres the mach .28 which would be a similar engine to the .32.
Don't be fooled by displacement. Whilst a cheap .32 may be better than a cheap .21, a Race .21 will leave the rest standing because of the smooth power delivery and the fancy porting allowing insane amounts of revs.
Don't end up buying a RTR buggy just on the basis of the engine capacity. If you stay in the hobby for more than a few months you will likely buy a more quality engine anyway and when you do that you will want to bolt it on a quality buggy!
