Default Can this really be called a "tuned pipe"

I'm thinking I will.

first I gotta fix my truck (right now it thinks it has 3 wheel steering due me breaking some part I cant think of the name right now.. )

What I will do is set up the normal exhast and the MCP (although I was thinking maybe a smaller "can" like a butane lighter refill can would do better) then mark off a known distance on the ground. time the truck with both pipes in
a: a high speed run from line to line.
b: dead start from one line to another.

MCPs on airplane engines give about a 1k-3k increase in RPM throught the whole power range, unlike a tuned pipe MCPs seem to not have a "power band" and they are usually quiet compared to stock nufflers.

again this is airplane engines and dealing with airplane exhast so i dont know if car/truck exhast will respond the same.

well off to find a empty mousse can
