The 60 Do is extremely responsive to upthrust washers,I added 2 and now it pulls to the canopy very bad in hover. Other planes I've had didnt seem to matter if 1 or 2 was added (Yak for instance). I ended up removing 1 and added a little more right thrust. It never ceases to amaze me how crooked it looks with the engine leaning to the right,but it needs it to fly straight up and harrier well. I ended up making a harrier landing but it wasnt planned,the epoxy&hardwood I added held up but the tail wheel bent some,its a GP scale tail wheel for 20-25lb planes and it still bent. Guess I better re-think the harrier landing thing,either I have to change the way I do it or forget it. All I want to do is get back to hovering,T/R tail touches!!! That was sooo much fun.
