ORIGINAL: FERNDALE AIR FORCE
My brother, and my neice and nephews are star wars freaks. I'm thinking of building one of the star fighters. And powering it with AA gear. Has anyone else tried this? If your a big fan, a plane suggestion? I saw a pic of what is apparently called the v wing fighter. It has a bunch of excess side wing, but appears to have a decent center body. Tim
The V-Wing could be tricky (sorry star wars fan here
) The nose drops down in front pretty severly...kinda like the concord on takeoff. But since its flat it would act just like a giant canard.
How about an A-wing? Looks like it would be an easy build from 2 or 3mm depron.
Sorry how these plans look...I only spent about 2 mins on them.
