The Micro Magic is a kit, sold by Graupner, keep an eye on eBay (UK and or DE), they often pop up at reasonably prices.
There are huge numbers sold both in Germany and the Netherlands and there are a lot of regattas organized for this class.
Great fun!
I am not aware of any plans, but I've seen a copy in wood, which sailed quite good, but was a tad on the heavy side, as was to be expected...
