I have got dirtworks which are pretty grippy on damp sand. I did look at the paddle tyres but I want the truck to handle grass aswell. I have ordered some lugnuts and some ribbed fronts. I have also got skinny ribbed fronts and some spiked tyres sitting around. They are all 2.2" so I will leave the wheels until the 2.2s run out, then look at going Maxx size.
Tell you what though, these ebay sellers are getting slower and slower with their postage. Most of my bids ended over a week ago and still haven't got here. Not impressed at all!!
I am still trying to find a 'plain' VW Beetle body, the HPI one was kind of fussy at the back so didn't really fit the bill. if anyone knows of any others around, let me know.
