RE: How to use flap in 9C flaperon function?
Vuth, I think I can take you through the set up. First you must have two aileron servos. Each servo must be pluged into a sepperate channel. Then the FLAPERON function must be activated in your radio. If you don't know how to do this ask me later. Then go to your program mixes. PROG.MIX1 Set your rate to -75% then go to the next screen using the down botton next to the dial. Set it as follows MAS=VrA SLV= AILE LINK=OFF SW=E (you can pick a different switch if you want) POSI=DOWN. this means the flaps will come down when the switch is down. This has done one side. Now for the other side. Hit END and go down one to PROG.MIX2 RATE=+75% Next screen MAS=VrA SLV=FLAP LINK=OFF SW=E POSI=DOWN. Now turn your plane on and put switch E down. Now on the front of your radio above the lights there are three black knobs. The left knob is VrA. Turn it until you get the amount of flap you want. With the knob in the center your ailerons should be centered. Turn it one way they should both go up or down. Turn it the other way they should both move the other way. If you need more throw you can go back to your program mixes and change the 75% to 100%. Also if one aile goes down more than the other you can change this by making one 74% or 76% depending on what you need.
Please let me know if you get this done. If not post back here and tell me what the plane is doing.
